What names will I get when I order a set?
Names are selected, at random, from the hundreds of possibilities in stock. The number of available names continues to change and grow as patches are used and reclaimed. We try to make each set fun and unique.

What if I don’t like the name(s) received?
If you are truly unhappy with the product or find a name offensive, please contact us and we will be happy to work through the problem.

Is there a list of all the available names?
Since the names vary on a regular basis, there is no regular list of currently available names. However, we maintain a list of “favorites” that are just too good to retire. Incognito Joe® reproduces these patches and keeps them available. A list of these names can be provided upon request.

Can I request a special name?
Yes. A custom patch can be created for an additional cost of $5.00 per name.

Can I handpick a set of names?
Yes, you can request names at the time of order. However, there is an additional charge of $5.00 to handpick a set. If a requested name is not available, another name will be substituted or a custom patch can be created.

Are all patches reclaimed?
Incognito Joe® is committed to reclaiming patches and finding names to spark your imagination. However, some names are just too fun not to continue sharing them. Therefore, some “favorite” names are reproduced. In addition, some themed sets, when offered, may contain some new patches.

What if I don’t like the appearance of a patch?
The patches are reclaimed and will inherently show the signs of a hard days work (soiled, faded, or missing stitches). We try to sort out patches that are too worn or stained.
If you desire the patches that look new, we suggest you request a set of reproduced patches from the list of “favorites”. This will be treated like a handpicked set.

Are the products guaranteed?
It is important to us that you are happy with our product. All Incognito Joe® products are warranted for material and workmanship defects and will be replaced upon their return.

Does Incognito Joe® sell other products?
We are constantly dreaming up with new ways to enjoy these patches. New products will be introduced on our website, www.incognitojoe.com and through our mailing list. Belts, jewelry, hats and key chains are among some of the products being developed.
